Absolute Truth and Where To Find It
I am not a Biblical scholar, nor a pastor, nor anyone’s teacher. However, I hear things that trouble me, and instead of accepting a person’s opinion, even if they claim to be a man of God, I always try to study the Bible to see if from what I gain through that study, whether or not I believe them. So, this is stimulated by several things I have heard—–some recently, and some over a period of time. Today, I felt the drive to try to write some of what I believe in answer to some of these “issues.” I am not doing this to convince you, rather to stimulate you to seek the truth in God’s word.
Absolute Truth and Where To Find It
In today’s world, one of the deceptions I believe Satan would foster is that “there is no absolute truth.”
Thus, many are disillusioned, and want to “act on feelings.” Our morality is then conceived and conducted by our feelings.
Is the Bible the infallible word of God?
Is Jesus God? Or is He just “a God?”
When He was crucified and buried, did God the Father raise Him from the dead?
Why would God profess to be a God of love and condemn anyone to hell?
Is hell real?
Is Satan real?
Are Jews (of the Jewish faith) lost?
Are Muslims condemned to hell?
If a child dies and has not heard of Jesus, or made a profession of faith in Christ, is that child condemned to hell?
