But as we consider Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, as He is revealed to us in God’s holy and divinely inspired word, let us consider how completely “revealed and described” He is, and that the God of this universe has wasted not a word to reveal Himself to us through His Son. Yet, at the same time, because His own words are so powerful, he has an economy in them, yet complete as no human could ever have designed! The partial communications from God through the prophets were more than eclipsed by the full revelation of God in the Son. May this article stimulate your thoughts and hearts to focus upon Him.
